Refund policy

We want you to love every Skinna product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

1. 16-Day Return Window You have 16 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After 16 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Exfoliating gloves and body tools that have direct skin contact
  • Any item marked as final sale

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Request a Return To start a return, email us/contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Opened personal care or hygiene items
