Shipping policy

We know you're excited to receive your Skinna products. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee applies at checkout based on your location
  • Free Shipping: All orders over R500 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in South Africa
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery will take place within 3 weeks within ordering your product 

Please note these are estimated timeframes and delays may occasionally occur due to courier volumes, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

5. Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Skinna is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.

6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available, the courier will typically make a second attempt or leave a collection notice. Skinna is not liable for parcels that are returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts. Re-delivery fees may apply in such cases.

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.

8. Currently We Only Ship Within South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future — stay tuned.
